Books and other library materials may be returned to any participating PINES library location regardless of checkout location. See the complete list of PINES libraries.
Outside book return boxes are available at all six Clayton County public libraries. Please return audio books and videos inside the library to prevent damage.
Books and other library materials can be renewed online (through PINES), by telephone, or by person during library business hours at any of our branches. Online or phone renewals are limited to two renewals. If you wish to renew your materials a third time, you will need to bring them in to a PINES library location. You must give your library card number in order to renew your materials.
If you don't return your library materials by the due date, you will get charged overdue fees.

When an item is returned more than 28 days overdue, if the list price is less than the maximum fine, the fine will be the list price.
If you lose or damage an item belonging to Clayton County Library System, the fee will be the list price (contact us to determine what the list price is for that item). Please note - other counties may charge additional fees for lost or damaged materials belonging to them.
