Frequently Asked Questions

Question:

Do you have study guides and practice tests?

Answer:

Clayton County Library provides access to an excellent test preparation site called LearningExpress. LearningExpress contains study guides and practice tests and tutorials on a wide variety of subjects for grade school (reading, math, etc.) through high school and college (SAT, GED, GRE, etc.) and occupational studies (ASVAB, Real Estate License, Nursing, Cosmetology, Law Enforcement, etc.).

To begin, go to the library's home page (www.claytonpl.org) and click on the LearningExpress button on the right-hand side of the page in the Online Services section. The first time you use it, you will need to register for a free log in name and password.

We also have a variety of test-preparation books on different topics, some of which can be checked out and some of which are Reference (in-house use only). Please use the PINES catalog (www.gapines.org) to search for the type of test, or ask at the Information Desk at your local branch for assistance.
